SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

We believe in our product. We don’t just want you to buy it; we want you to see the results. That is why we offer one of the boldest guarantees in the pet industry.
SECTION 1: 30-DAY "OPEN BOX" SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We know that you can’t tell if a flea collar works until you actually put it on your dog.
That’s why our return policy is simple: You have 30 days to try it out.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the protection, fit, or quality—even if the package is opened and the collar has been worn—you can return it for a full refund of the product price.
How it works:

The Window: You have 30 days from the date your package marks as "Delivered" to initiate a return.

The Condition: We accept returns on open, used, or unopened boxes. We only ask that you return the physical collar (or the remaining bundle) to us.

The Refund: Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method.
Note: Original shipping costs (if you paid for expedited shipping) are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping labels unless the item arrived damaged.

SECTION 2: SHIPPING INFORMATION
We know that when pests are active, you need protection fast. We work hard to get your shield to your doorstep as quickly as possible.
Processing Time:

All orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 6 - 13 Business Days
Tracking Your Order:
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier's system.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can’t find it, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it is still missing after 2 business days, contact us immediately at socialwisebusiness@gmail.com.
SECTION 3: DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged, or if the break-away mechanism is defective right out of the box, do not worry about returning it.
Simply email us a photo of the damage to socialwisebusiness@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will ship you a brand new replacement immediately, completely free of charge.
